2 Ways to Write a Better Future
Education can drastically change the course of a child’s life, giving them a chance to get out of the cycle of poverty. When Cru’s global humanitarian arm, Unto, studied barriers to education, they realized one of them was a lack of access to basic school supplies, like pencils. So they teamed up with Cru groups on various campuses to help solve this problem. Here's how you can help:
1. Donate UNSHARPENED pencils and blue or black ink pens by bringing them to Cru meetings, Tuesdays 7pm in MUB Room 334/336 or contact emily.brake@cru.org for more drop-off options!
2. Come help pack 1,000 kits: we need all hands on deck to make it happen! Last year we rocked 500 kits in 15 minutes so we doubled our goal for this year! Come help pack kits on 10/25!
